Heathrow Airport Paging Prank

In one of our many idle bus-chats i mentioned a prank pulled at Heathrow Airport involving paging people with foreign-sounding names (presented to the "pager" written down) and then listening to them when they were called out. When read, they sounded like embarrassing statements such as "My colleague just farted, and left the room, the bastard". The name provided was "Makollig Jezvahted and Levdaroum DeBahzted". hehe - juvenile, yes.
.
Well I found a like to all the recordings and thought you might get a chuckle:

give the gift of a "chimp"

i enjoy the pics that involve allowing your subjects to "chimp" (do an "oh, oh" when they view the pic on the back of the camera). so here is a series of pics showing our fellow photographers giving the gift of "the chimp"

here is one of lou and the ladies :)

on our way!

thank you georgie for your post! i also received several email address updates so hopefully we get some more updates.
.
i've gotten emails that indicate that rachael and sandy were on the road and enjoying their travels, and others seem to be settling in back home. i'm in the latter category but feeling a little nostalgic for the road. i came home and bought a mac and tackled processing my photos on a new OS. worth the effort i believe and will share the fruits of my labors in the coming days. hope others will too! it really is easy.
.
hope everyone is doing well! cheers!

A Blog is Born

We recently returned from a trip to India. A group of 12 of us traipsed (mostly) thru rajasthan, led by photographer Steve Davey and our wonderful guide Chetan. I hope to entice the others to make a collective effort to capture images and anecdotes (both of which there are many!) on this blog.

Cheers and look for more to come!
